Seeing the beauty in stormy weather - Today in College Station the weather is not ideal but very Spring inspired thanks to all the rain. So, while I wish the sun was out and it was 80 degrees, I still believe that bad weather can be very beautiful.

Do you ever see the little things?

Today I have decided to create a new blog - I don't see myself coming here to write or to talk about much but this one is specifically for beautiful things. Beauty holds so many meanings to many different people. By one definition:

beau.ty

–noun, plural -ties.
the quality present in a thing or person that gives intense pleasure or deep satisfaction to the mind, whether arising from sensory manifestations (as shape, color, sound, etc.), a meaningful design or pattern, or something else (as a personality in which high spiritual qualities are manifest).

But, if you look at the same page where you find the definition of beauty, you will also see the antonym to beauty: "ugliness." This is where, and why, I want to step in. There are so many things out there that people, by their standards, describe as being "ugly" where as some of us just do not see it that way. So I would like to use this blog dedicated to just that. Beauty. In all shapes, sizes and forms and even more importantly, a chance to point out the beauty in all the "ugly" around us.
